UK PRICES

ALL SCYTHE BLADES, SICKLES AND BUSH KNIVES MUST BE SENT OUT BY COURIER, OFTEN AT ROUGHLY DOUBLE THE COST

UK PRICES:

ALL ORDERS WITH SNATHS ARE £20 AND WILL BE NO MORE THAN THAT UNLESS YOU BUY MORE THAN FOUR SNATHS.

ALL ORDERS WITH BLADES ARE NOW £13.

ALL ORDERS WITHOUT A SNATH WEIGHING OVER 2 KILOS AND UNDER 5 KILOS ARE £13.

Sets and orders with snaths : Postage and packaging for beginner's sets and all other orders that include one or more snaths, up to 25 kilos, is £20. They are sent out by APC 24 hour service.

Postage for small items under 60 cm, sent by Royal Mail: ; grub screws £3; book £4; sanding block £4; clamp £4; sheath £4; one stone, two or three stones £4; one Picard anvil £4; one jig £4; one table anvil £4; one hammer £7. For combinations of small items under two kilos £7.

To the Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Wight I charge the same postage rate as for the rest of the UK. For Isle of Man please email for details.

To the Channel Islands For any parcel with a snath, you will need to arrange delivery via a firm such as https://www.ship2me.co.uk ("delivering the undeliverable to the Channel Islands"). I will mail it to their office for £20, to be forwarded to you at your expense. I charge VAT on orders to the Channel Islands to avoid having an extra column in my VAT returns.

LEAD TIME 

To avoid daily visits from white vans, and to rationalize packing, we mail out once a week, or when very busy, twice a week, normally on Wednesdays. Please allow a maximum of ten days from receipt of your order for delivery. At the height of summer, when we are busy with shows or haymaking and demand is high, it could take longer than this. Your order may be delayed if you omit to provide the necessary information (eg snath size/height of user).
